Oddjobseeker.com is a networking site for millions of Americans in your local neighborhoods to help each other in this time of recession. In a time where millions of people are out of work or are facing reductions in pay, or increasing medical expenses, or increasing mortgage costs. It was inspired after I spoke to people who were frustrated by the state of this economy and how it was affecting them. It really moved me to listen to people’s stories; people who have been out of work for months with no job prospects in sight. Through this site I hope to reach out to those people who are just trying to make ends meet.

Facts:

There are millions of Americans who have lost their jobs and are looking for a way to pay their bills and put food on the table for their families but no jobs are out there. These are people with valuable skills, something to offer the world.

HOW IT WORKS:

Employers – post your brief ad to potential employees. The position can be for a specific service you need handled for a day or two or for part time or full time positions. Do you need someone to help your elderly parent get to their doctor’s appointments? Mow their lawn? Do you need someone to help you haul a big pile of rumble to the local city dump? Do you need a receptionist to help during the busy times in your office? No job is too big, too small or too Odd.

Arrangements of time, dates and payment for services and employee qualifications are dealt directly between you and the employee, our job is to connect people who can potentially help each other. Ads run for 4 weeks at which time they will expire unless renewed. Oddjobseeker.com reserves the right to delete posts with inappropriate, illegal or otherwise objectionable content at your expense.
